This was quickly followed on Tuesday with a major feature in the Grand Island Independent by Harold Reutter, talking about Scott’s visit to the Grand Island senior center and his positions on the American health care crisis.

On Wednesday, the Washington D.C. political newspaper The Hill choose to spotlight Scott’s campaign with a major feature article -- an early sign that the strong performance of a Democrat in Nebraska’s third district has awakened interest around the country.
